Often times we are not able to move forward with our life because we have subconscious programing that keeps us stuck in a negative feedback loop. We can consciously be aware that we don’t feel right or we are unhappy but have no idea why or have no idea how to move forward.

In childhood, we are supposed to learn how to validate, love, and value ourselves through the mirroring and teachings of our parents. We are supposed to just be able to play, be careless, and feel safe, validated and loved in the care of our parents. Unfortunately, a lot of us didn’t receive that nurture, love & safety and because of that, we developed wounds and mechanisms to protect us from the pain. You may now struggle with feelings of worthlessness & shame and never feel enough because of it where it affects your day to day life. We can understand as adults that it was NOT your fault why it happened but changing those beliefs and changing that old programming can be the hard part. That is where your adult self can come in and give little you what you never received: that love, those feelings of safety, that care, that validation.
